Moreover, to produce a 22oz plant, get around 18oz of seeds. In the US and Canada, 10 GG4 seeds cost around $90. 

A Grow Space

Whether this is indoors or outdoors will affect your growing technique. Therefore, make sure to choose smartly. Since the maximum plant height is a bit tall, the indoor space needs to account for this. 

Additionally, the plant gives off a prominent smell during the initial growing stage. Consequently, placing the plant outdoors may be risky if you don’t have a license for growing marijuana.

SCROG or Screen of Green Technique

Setting up the screen. 

Screens should be put as close to your grow lights as possible. Also, the general rule of thumb is one plant for every 30 square centimeters of the screen. Moreover, at this stage, make sure the soil or hydroponics you’re using is at the right temperature. Ensure you’re wearing gloves at this stage.

Keeping GG4 in its vegetative state. 

Once planted, keep the GG4 between 68 to 85 Fahrenheit. At night, the temperature should not fall more than 10 degrees. As for humidity, keep it at 60% at the seedling stage and gradually reduce it to 40% at the vegetative stage.

As it’s a Sativa dominant, the GG4 should stay in the vegetative state for a few weeks. 

Training the GG4 plant

Lastly, training the GG4 plant is very important. What this means is tying the branches to the screen. As the plant grows, the branches will obscure and block the growing buds from the screen. You need to tie the branches (with cable or plastic ties) to prevent this.

Also, to yield more budding sites, it’s important to trim the leaves. Removing larger leaves lets the budding sites utilize more energy, making them denser. However, don’t trim off too many leaves.
